The bar is only "might"
You do not have to show that an answer would convict you. If it might expose you to a charge, that question can be declined. Almost nobody is ever told the gate is that wide.
Almost nobody walks into a first police interview knowing where the line sits. So they answer everything, for three or four hours — and those answers become the case against them. I have lost count of the people who told me they pleaded guilty in the end. Not because they were guilty. Because by then they had already said too much, and fighting it costs money they did not have.
Here is the part nobody tells you. Under s 22(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the test is only whether an answer might expose you to a charge — not whether it would. That gate is far wider than almost anyone realises, and it has been standing open the whole time.

A witness call-up. A dispute a partner started. A scam you reported yourself. Plenty of people sitting in that room walked in as the complainant.
No payment, no upsell, no paid version. Register once and it is yours to keep. The morning the call comes is the worst possible time to start reading.
Tier 1 is live, free, and may be the only rung you ever need — basic protection when law enforcement comes knocking, in plain words you do not have to argue for. Two more are in design, for people whose problem does not stop there: getting money back, and getting paperwork in front of a court. If enough people ask for it, a fourth may follow — helping someone facing a charge defend themselves without a lawyer, or work out which lawyer to choose.
Register once and your position is written out for you, in the statute’s own words. You read it. You do not improvise while frightened.
Money lent that was never repaid. Sums owed under a contract. Funds lost to a scam. The paperwork to chase it, put together with you.
When the Court asks for your arguments in writing — lawyers call these written submissions — you need past decisions to back them up, and finding them takes hours you do not have. The AI searches decided cases and shows you what it finds. You pick what fits. For people running their own matter, and for lawyers short on time.
A legal research tool you operate yourself — you choose what to cite. Not legal advice.
I am Raymond Ng. I am not a lawyer and I will never pretend to be one. I have been investigated on and off for about twenty years, I answered every question every time because I was innocent, and the last round ended with me being charged anyway. Then I read the statute properly. My last interview took fifteen minutes.
GetEven.AI exists because people without money should not start every fight two goals down. The Protection Service is the part I wish someone had handed me twenty years ago, so it is free, and it stays free.
That is the only urgency here, and it is real. The call usually comes with a day or two of notice, sometimes less — and by the time you are sitting down it is far too late to go looking. Put it on your phone while nothing is happening.
The Protection Service is free and stays free. There is no paid version and nothing is held back. If it helped you, or you want it kept available for the next person who needs it, you can leave a tip. Entirely optional — nothing here changes either way.

The 0x… address takes USDT, USDC, ETH or any other ERC-20 token on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain or Polygon — one address, all three chains. The T… address takes USDT on TRON (TRC-20) only. Sending TRC-20 to the 0x… address, or an EVM transfer to the T… address, will lose the funds permanently. Confirm the full address over WhatsApp before transferring anything significant — we will never ask you to send crypto to a different address by email.
